JLCPCB sponsors our second prototype.
JLCPCB is supporting the manufacturing and assembly of our second prototype. The first one we ordered and paid for there ourselves: the boards came back exactly as drawn and both assembled units worked, including the fine-pitch part at the centre of the measurement.

What helps most is not always money. Components, PCB manufacturing, assembly, enclosure work, measurement equipment on loan and time from an engineer who knows the part we are wrestling with have all moved this project forward.
What we are working on.
The first prototype measures bioimpedance at the upper arm and has been tested on the bench and on a person. The second one shrinks that to roughly 30 × 21 mm so it can be worn all day. Both are documented in the build notes, including the parts that did not work first time.
